We stand behind all the products we sell. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

We accept returns of items that have been unworn and unwashed. We do not accept returns or exchanges of items that have been used or washed.

 

For processing returns send an email using the contact us link requesting a return. All return request emails should be detailed.

Items sent without a RMA# are subject to a denied return.

 

Once item has been recieved at our warehouse you will recieve a refund minus the return shipping.

To cancel your order send an email thru the contact us link/ page. Please include your order confirmation #, description of items or order you want to cancel. 

Note: If an order has shipped from our warehouse it cannot be canceled. You must receive items and then send back after receiving a return authorization #. Items sent without a RMA# are subject to a denied return.

 

We use USPS First Class or Priority to ship Club Level Apparel items. 

Please select the correct shipping option at checkout. If you are in the local New Orleans area you may select the pick up option.

All items will be shipped within 3 business days after order is placed. 

We do not ship on holidays.
